About Me

Jules Chakmakian is an interior designer based in Westchester, NY that specializes in the residential design of personal and livable interiors.  Jules holds a Master of Arts in Interior Design from the New England School of Art and Design at Suffolk University.

 

Prior to her work in residential design, Jules has spent over 12 years in commercial interior design at architectural firms in Boston and New York designing spaces for corporate interiors, higher education and healthcare clients. Additionally, her past role as a senior designer in the Design and Delivery group for The Walt Disney Company enables her to provide excellent service and seamlessly manage projects for her clients. As a referral-based business, Jules enjoys working with families and finding ways to design spaces that are functional and beautiful.

When not designing, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. One of their favorite places to visit throughout the year is Cape May, NY.

Jules is a National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) certified interior designer and holds an interior design license.
